To drive consistency across territories for all new joiners, and to help provide an understanding of the business, a series of 4 e-learning modules (all about people, company culture, the market we work in, digital tools) delivered as part of a blended onboarding approach. The learner is led on a journey of challenges and exploration by a virtual guide, awarding badges for successful completion. Created using Articulate Storyline, After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
