A playful digital learning challenge to support team members to understand the three components that make up Total Rewards at Costa Coffee. Set in a store where the learner must interact with 3 virtual colleagues each presenting a number of scenarios, and decide the best outcome for each challenge against the clock. Points are awarded which can then be converted to cash to allow for modernisation of the store. Created using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Illustrator.
