This playful digital learning experience was designed to help team members understand the three components of Total Rewards at Costa Coffee. Set inside a virtual store, learners interact with three digital colleagues, each presenting different scenarios to solve under time pressure.
Points are awarded for correct decisions and can be converted into cash to modernise the store, adding a fun, game-like layer of motivation and progression. Developed in Articulate Storyline with custom graphics created in Adobe Illustrator.
